Eva Dixon is an Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with a BSc in Nutrition and Public Health, and the founder of Evagrow.
She combines a science-first mindset with a creative approach, so marketing stays credible while still feeling human and engaging. With a background in nutrition research and health coaching, she’s careful about how health information is communicated online. People don’t need more noise, they need clearer guidance they can trust.
Eva’s curiosity about how things work shows up in the work Evagrow delivers: thoughtful strategy, clean messaging, and content grounded in evidence.
Outside of work, she’s usually outdoors, walking, climbing, or exploring new places. That’s where she resets and finds inspiration.
Meet Marco
Marco Crawshaw is Evagrow’s co-founder, leading strategy and digital growth.
He’s a SEO and PPC specialist with 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, combining performance thinking with a strong focus on clarity, trust, and user experience. With a medical family background and his own experience navigating long-term gut issues, he’s particularly aware of how important good information is, and how carefully health services need to be communicated online.
Outside of work, Marco is usually training or outdoors, keeping active, playing sports, and making time for movement. He brings that same mindset into the work: consistent progress, practical decision-making, and long-term results over quick wins.
